IAT & WCA ~ BOTH COURTS HAS BEEN EMPOWERED TO FUNCTION AS UN JUDICIAL ORGANS UNDER UNNSC (UN CENTRAL COMMAND), WORLD HQ, IRELAND THAT WILL FUNCTION TOGETHER WITH ALL CURRENT UN JUDICIAL ORGANS (ICJ-ICC-PCA) INTERNATIONALLY.
* IF IAT FUNCTION AS '' International Human Rights Court'' while dealing with Human Rights related cases the particular logo will be used on IAT Court Judgements and also a Separate Branch of IAT (Int Apppeals Tribunal) will mainly deal with Human Rights Cases and Function as Int Human Rights Court Of UN.
Both International Courts also backed by IBC (International Bar Council) & IMC (International Military Commission) & Int Law Enfocement Agencies too
apart from International Special Prison (ISP) for good governance globally.
BOTH INTERNATIONAL COURTS WILL FUNCTION AS UN SPECIALIZED AGENCIES TO ENSURE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF LEGAL JUDGEMENTS.
a) INTERNATIONAL APPEALS TRIBUNAL (IAT); Trading Name : UN Sovereign Court of Justice will mainly oversee and carry out audit reports of all court administrations globally and at a time will do mostly judicial reviews internationally apart from making important judgements if necessary;
So that Govts & Court Officials can't misuse power or positions worldwide.
b) WORLD COURT OF ARBITRATION (WCA); Alternative Trading Name :
UN SOVEREIGN COURT OF ARBITRATION will mainly oversee
all Arbitration Proceedings Globally to ensure all judicial or institutional arbitrations operate through highest standards
and all arbitrators are trained well to carry out their jobs.
